Foraging into 50 - Day 4

bad day. too much stress. I didn't eat breakfast but took a bagel, low fat cream cheese and smoked salmon with me to work. 2 or 3 cups of coffee plus all of the above.

then i started to feel like shit freezing, hot, and now just neutral and blah.

cup o soup chicken noodle and peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat.

multigrain cheerios and bananas now.

the snow and ice and crappy messy awful day didn't help things at all.

movin' forward.
